When is your first/last appointment?

Our first appointment is 9 AM. Our last appointment is at 2:30 P.M.

Do you take walk-ins?

Appointments are encouraged and same day appointments are available on a first come first serve basis. There is no guarantee we can take your pet in for a walk-in appointment (Exceptions include nail trimming and anal gland expression).

How long does an appointment take?

Bath appointments typically take about 1hr but may be longer if your dog has longer hair. Grooming appointments are typically 2hr 30mins but may also be longer depending on hair condition, the haircut, and behavior.

What comes included in the grooming/bath?

Our grooming services include: nail trimming, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, as well as the bath and haircut (sanitary and paw pad shave is included in the haircut). Our bath service will have all of the above except the body/face haircut.

What shampoos do you have?

We currently offer regular shampoo (coconut/berry), oatmeal shampoo, medicated shampoo, whitening shampoo, and hypoallergy shampoo.

What is your boarding process like?

Boarding is $70 a night per dog. Drop off will be anytime between 9 AM - 5 PM Monday through Saturday and pickup will be during the same times as well. Please provide us with your pet’s food, bed, and some toys for them to enjoy. Dogs will be walked twice a day (weather permitting) and during the day they will be in our daycare area while in the evening they will be taken to our home where they will have free roam of the house. Please call ahead to make reservations, only one family’s dogs at a time and there is a size and weight restriction of 35lbs. We prioritize safety over all, so your pup will have 24/7 supervision and attention from us.
